Brand building with IBP

We're excited to be working with Installed Building Products (IBP), an installer of building products with more than 125 locations throughout the country. IBP serves the residential market, and is a leading installer of insulation, gutters, garage doors, closet shelving, fireplaces, shower doors, and more. Importantly, they are driven by their commitment to personal integrity, customer satisfaction, and a passion for excellence.

The publicly-traded industry leader recently announced record results for the first quarter of 2018:  net revenue increased 18.0% to $ 301.7 million, with net income at $6.4 million. 

Fechtor embarked early this year on a process of discovery, research, strategy development, and creative development for IBP.  Traveling to 15 cities across the country, the Fechtor team conducted 113 field interviews with IBP’s branch managers, production managers, and installers to gain insight about the brand in the field. That groundwork built a foundation for the strategy and creative work that is currently underway.
